I was living the dream many Malaysian schoolboys aspired to. I played for the national football team and even trained with the Arsenal Football Club. That dream came to an end when an injury forced me to retire. My contract was terminated, and I had to rebuild my life.

When I was introduced to Amway, I had no business background, no strong network, and little support from my family. Still, the Amway Sales & Marketing Plan made sense. It offered a way to earn passive income and design life on my own terms.

Around that time, I met Chai Ni, who was working as an accounts clerk. We connected instantly, and decided to build the Amway business together. It gave us the opportunity to live life based on our own schedule, guided by our values rather than someone else’s clock.

The beginning was tough. But we stayed consistent, trusting that results would come if we kept showing up. Our turning point came when we shifted our focus from convincing people to showing results. We emphasised product solutions, led by example, and stayed close to our team.

The journey hasn’t been smooth. Achieving Emerald was a huge challenge as two of our builders quit. But it also forced us to grow stronger as leaders. We leaned into our values: character, consistency and purpose. We built a culture around education, solutions and service.

Today, we enjoy time freedom and peace of mind. And we’ve helped our family rise with us. My mother is a Gold Producer, my younger sister a Silver Producer, and my older sister and brother-in-law are Platinums. We’re growing together, as a family and a team.

More than just income, Amway gave us purpose. In a country where health issues like diabetes and obesity are rising fast, we’re proud to be part of the solution — helping Malaysians tackle these health challenges with products that we trust.
