Founders Executive Diamond

Before Amway, I was an electrician while my wife was a schoolteacher. In 2006, she bought the ALLANO Hand & Body Lotion, after which we were introduced to the Amway Sales & Marketing Plan. The idea of qualifying for an Amway Leadership Seminar (ALS) captivated my wife, so she quietly signed up as an ABO.
At the time, I was sceptical about direct selling. Like many, I believed Amway was only about selling products and enriching those at the top. Too much effort, too little return. Above all, I valued family time, and anything that compromised that didn’t fit into my “family first” principle.
Still, Normaliana asked for one year to prove herself. Her goal was qualify for 2011 ALS Paris. If she made it, I promised to support her fully. She poured her heart into the business and made it! I kept my word and joined her wholeheartedly.
From there, our business grew steadily. We achieved Sapphire in 2013, Emerald in 2014 and Diamond in 2015. During the pandemic, we doubled down on Nutrilite and ARTISTRY, reshaping our strategy with a renewed purpose. That momentum propelled us to Founders Diamond, Executive Diamond and eventually Founders Executive Diamond.
Our Amway business brought us more than just income. It gave us the freedom to travel, care for our loved ones, and live life on our terms. When my wife spent two years commuting between Kuala Lumpur and Kemaman to care for her mother, our Amway income remained stable. Because we have been nurturing our Amway business, the latter continues to provide for us to this day.
We found our purpose in sharing product testimonials and speaking at national events. We championed health-based initiatives like the BodyKey Gut Reset Weight Management Programme, building health and wellbeing communities and training leaders with patience, honesty and resilience.
Amway has taught us to lead with perspective — to focus on people’s strengths, not their flaws. Our philosophy is, “Your strength is a blessing to others. Their weakness is your responsibility.” Success is staying consistent with the basics and doing it with heart.
Today, we get to live in our dream home, travel the world, support our parents, and make fast, independent decisions. Our children can enjoy quality education and growing into second generation ABOs with the same values.
If we can do it, so can you. Just keep your promise, and never stop giving your best.
